Harry Black has large sea monsters at his command and is attacking shipping. Aquaman and Aqualad arrive on the scene but their finny friends are overpowered. Aquaman then figures out the sea monsters are mechanical, and sends electric eels to short circuit the villain's controls. This makes his "monsters" inoperative and easy pickings for Aquaman's finny friends.
