Uncle Scrooge offers his time-share cabin to the Junior Woodchucks in exchange for doing some chores around the place. When the kids arrive, they find that the chore is building the cabin! Uncle Scrooge has bought a beautiful picture-postcard perfect old mill that he intends to convert to electric to grind his gold. The boys are upset about this but they have to take Harry, a klutzy prospective new Junior Woodchuck, on a trip to check on some beaver dams instead of trying to stop their Uncle. Amazingly, Harry's haphazard foibles save the old mill.
