Raymond Bear reports on Jacques Gooseteau's brush with terror, so Jonah calls Peter (who's nursing a cold) and the three interns into action, and they go to Japan where they witness the emergence of Hog-Zilla! The monster goes on an eating binge, so the army sends in Mechano-Hog-Zilla, but the robot is defeated when Hog-Zilla punches it so hard it turns into a pile of portable electronics. Ultimately Spider-Ham defeats the monster by giving it his cold, but the director Cur-Asawa hires him, and our heroes head for home.

The Watchdog introduces us to The Silver Squirrel, a reprehensible character who zaps everyone and everything by use of the Power Cosmic. After several zaps, The Watchdog gets fed up, and turns the Squirrel into a silver-plated water fountain.
