As she closes her flower stall, Lita witnesses the murder of Senor Tomaso. The killer, Zuloga, sends Sergeant Garcia off on a wild goose chase so that he can find the girl and kill her, hiring thugs to do the job. Don Diego suspects that the girl is the one Zuloga is after, so he investigates as Zorro. Then, as Don Diego, decides to accompany the girl to San Diego to protect her. Zuloga's men attack the stage but are captured by Zorro and sent back to Los Angeles for trial and to testify against Zuloga.

  • Friend Indeed · 5 pages

It says that Garcia can capture Zorro if he comes to meet with the note writer at a prearranged time and location. The mysterious person tells Garcia that Zorro has learned about the movement of political prisoners to San Fernando and plans to free them. He suggests Garcia dress his Lancers as the prisoners and, when Zorro appears, he can turn the tables on the Fox. With such an advantage, can Garcia finally succeed?
