Publisher’s description

"OPIFICIUM DEI," Part One Try to understand the New York Times' effect on mouthless man... Adam Bone's path crosses with P.I. Max Worst, who's been hired to find out what happened to the man who became Mr. Vain - the lunatic last seen fighting Bone. Meanwhile, a dreadful menace looms over Bone's girlfriend Peace and, ultimately, over the whole city... William Martyn is a man of faith and wants to "save" humanity before his body crumbles like an age-old relic - and he's ready to slaughter every single New Yorker to do so!
