The breach in the Source Wall threatens to destroy all of reality. Ares appears unexpectedly, planning to rule over whatever is created next, but Darkseid and two Old Gods challenge him. The heroes work together to link the consciousness of all living persons everywhere, to reconstruct reality as it was, though Metron muses that there will be inconsistencies that arise later.
