Oracle, Batwoman, and the Batgirls are attacked by the Party Crashers at the Cave. Meanwhile, Nightwing falls under the control of Psycho-Pirate at Arkham Tower. As the Tower is about to open to new non-criminal patients, Dr. Wear is desperately trying to keep things under control, while both the Party Crashers and the Penguin are after him. And when Psycho-Pirate loses control of the criminal patients, things go from bad to worse.
