Failsafe declares Waller's intentions to world leaders, but also must deal with a slight programming flaw in the Team VII robots. Red Tornado, Blue Beetle, and Aquaman attempt to free the Time Commander from the Suicide Squad. Barry Allen receives a tip from a mysterious ally.
