Arriving in New York, Wundarr battles the Thing until Namor and his cousin show up and explain to Grimm that he has the mind of a child and means no harm. The Thing and his allies then have to save Wundarr from his alien people who have sent a giant robot to kill him. With the Dakkams driven off, Namor and Nita leave Wundarr in the tender loving care of a very unhappy Thing.
