- Our War Conclusion · 22 pages
In World War II, Wolverine has been ordered to let Strucker go and kill Captain America and Bucky. He achieves the former but looks like a traitor for doing so and, in retaliation, Captain America gives Logan, what he calls, one of his "all time greatest beatings." Wolverine finishes reminiscing about his memories of Captain America and says a final goodbye to his fallen friend. Meanwhile, somebody hires Deadpool to kill Wolverine.
Publisher’s description
The epic WWII storyline comes to its chilling and tragic conclusion as Wolverine and Captain America part ways, taking their first steps down the paths they will follow for the next sixty years — one to his death and one back to where he began.
