Japanese spies have bungled jobs in America so badly that the Japanese governemnt sends Madame Doom over to take charge and track down the one man who has continially stiffled their efforts: The Fighting Yank. To do so, she pretends to be a Chinese agent working for the Chinese Embassy and she succeeds in putting the Yank into Japanese hands, who then place the Yank and Joan into concrete coffins and dump them into the ocean.
