Bikers come to Gotham from out of town at the same time as people are starting to die. When Robin nearly gets killed in a fight, Batman asks him to lay low. Tim goes to his friend Ives' birthday party in Little Odessa, a Russian neighborhood in Gotham. Tim meets a young girl, Ariana Dzerchenko, whose family has been having trouble with the Russian mob. He has to hide helping her from Batman. Tim lies to his father and sneaks out of the house. Before too long, Robin finds himself face to face with The KGBeast.
