Stories

  • Brainiac Part 2 Hide and Seek · 22 pages

Superman takes the Brainiac probe to the fortress and analyzes it with Supergirl. They review some of the Brainiacs Superman has met, but Supergirl tells him they all were probes and that he's never met the real Brainiac. Superman then goes to tell his parents that he is going to track down Brainiac. He uses a ship to travel to Brainiac's current location, Larroo. After he arrives a city there is surrounded by a bottle and taken into Brainiac's ship. The ship then fires into the sun of Larroo, causing it to explode, and destroying the planet. Superman is taken unconscious into Brainiac's ship.

Publisher’s description

Brainiac arrives in Earth's orbit as the specter of death begins to close in on Superman. The Man of Steel has fought Brainiac many times before, but he's utterly unprepared for his old foe this time. And if that weren't enough, thousands of invader probes have been launched with the sole mission of destroying all technology on Earth! Dramatic changes are ahead for Superman, and it all starts with this attack!
