The two Batmen continue their fight atop the bridge spanning the Gotham River. Consumed by madness, Jean Paul continues to shout his intention to be the one true Batman. His armored suit temporarily disabled, he falls into the water. Bruce turns his attention to rescuing Catwoman and Selkirk whose helicopter has crashed and burned on the bridge. He then plans to retrieve Jean Paul from the river but when he starts the Batmobile, it's engulfed in a huge explosion. Jean Paul reappears in a new battle suit, gloating over Bruce's demise.

Publisher’s description

Hanging from a helicopter high over Gotham Harbor, it's Batman's battle...against Batman! While Catwoman fights thugs within its cockpit, Nightwing and Robin can only watch as the copter goes down in a fiery blaze.
