Publisher’s description
It was dedication that got Hartigan put away -- his dedication to saving a little girl, and a corrupt politician's dedication to saving himself. But now Hartigan's done his time and paid his debt for all the crimes he didn't commit. Once again he's a free man. Free to uncover the fate of that little girl, whose loyalty kept him sane all those years. Free to find out why her letters mysteriously and disturbingly ceased arriving just months before his release. And free to do whatever it takes to save that little girl . . . again.
