Publisher’s description

Is it possible to live a normal, happy life when the breath of the Devil corrupts everything and everyone who exists within it? Can an innocent child remain untainted by the darkness that overwhelms her very being? This is the world that Stacy Palumbo, the tragic ward to the infamous Hunter Rose, finds herself drowning in. A world that begs the question: is she simply its victim or is it one of her own creation? From the haunted mind of long-time Grendel editor Diana Schutz and the visual talents of Tim Sale (A Superman For All Seasons) and Teddy Kristiansen (House of Secrets) comes an exploration into the mind of a child and the darkness that surrounds her soul. The Devil would be proud!
