Stories

  • Divine Spark Part 3 · 22 pages

Nightwing's aging is reversed, but he and Flamebird are confronted by Mon-El, the Guardian, and the Science Police, and surrender. The Guardian confiscates the device and sends Romundi inside the lab. She reveals that she is Car-Vex. At Science Police headquarters, the prisoners reveal that the leader of the group that killed some of the Science Police was Commander Gor. Romundi plants a bomb in headquarters. Nightwing summons Lois. General Lane and Squad K arrive. The Guardian says he will surrender the prisoners, but he and Mon-El fight with Squad K, and they escape. The bomb explodes.

  • Chapter Seven · Captain Atom · 8 pages

Captain Atom defends himself against the Justice League, but points out how he is using non-lethal force. They finally stop fighting, and talk, discussing Captain Atom's heroic actions in the past. He decides he needs to go back to Mirabai's homeworld to fix things, and asks for help of a magical nature. As Zatanna has disappeared, they end up calling in the Shadowpact.
