Stories

  • Old Friends, New Enemies, Glory Days Part Two · JSA All-Stars · 20 pages

While half the team deals with the Paradoran drug addicts in L.A., the other half battles an army of animals in Parador, until Henry King, Jr. puts a stop to the fight. He explains that he is there looking after children who are the result of Eclipso's experiments in genetic engineering. However, the Paradoran military dictator has other plans and uses the children to raise Paradoran gods.

  • The Inheritance, Part Eight: Avalanche! · Liberty Belle & Hourman · 10 pages

Tigress and Icicle, now teamed with Peter Hayes, follow the latest clue to the Swiss Alps where they recover a key. But Hayes turns on them, and the villains are saved only by the timely appearance of Hourman and Liberty Belle. After tending to Tigress' wounds, the foursome heads to Prague in pursuit of Hayes.

Publisher’s description

The gods seem to be inside the minds of the All-Stars, which is only their first step toward reemerging on Earth. The takeover splits the team up as they try preventing the return of these ancient mysteries on two fronts – in the jungles of Parador and on the mean streets of Los Angeles! Also, in the co-feature: Hourman is forced to do something he swore he'd never do again – all in an effort to save the villains Tigress and the Icicle!
