Publisher’s description

With Max Mercury reciting "speedster lore" the rest of the group realize he was one of the first speedsters who travelled forward in time after failing to merge with the speed force. A villain has frozen keystone city and there's a way they can track down Kobra! But at what cost, will Bart be the new Flash? will Wally Disappear? Will Linda ever stop being on hold?! So many questions! So little time!
