Johnny Chambers (Johnny Quick) marries Libby Lawrence (Liberty Belle). Uncle Sam tries to recruit more heroes to the Freedom Fighters by telling them he needs them on Earth-X to win World War II, lest all be lost. While battling Nazi scientists, Commander Steel is accidentally transported to Earth-One.
